導出させた陽極体の表面に順次、陽極酸化層、固体電解
質層、陰極引き出し部を設けかつ、陽極リードの一部、
および陰極引き出し部の一部を露出させて絶縁性の外装
樹脂を被覆した固体電解コンデンサにおいて、前記陽極
リードに陽極リード補助材を接続し、かつ導電体層を被
着した陽極部を有することを特徴とするチップ形固体電
