    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 容器本体の内周面との間に環状流路を形成し且つ内部に
    吸着材を装入してなる吸着材筒の外周の一端を支持台を
    介して前記容器本体の内周面に気密に支持し、且つ前記
    環状流路における前記支持台に近接する位置にオフガス
    入口を設けると共に、前記容器本体における前記支持台
    設置側端部にオリガス出口を設けたことを特徴とする吸
    着塔。
