Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable exact patching of an original to the angle conforming to a format by adjusting the original fixed to a freely rotatably provided transparent original supporting plate to a specified angle with a reference line, projecting original onto a format attaching table and moving parallel the resulted image to a drum supported in parallel with the reference line by a rotating arm. Description

おこなう、いわゆる編集機能すなわちフルページの集版
機能を備えたカラースキャナーが知られている。このよ
うな色分解とフルページの集版とを同時に処理するスキ
ャナーに原稿を取シ付けるためには、原稿がスキャナー
の原稿ドラムの基線に対して、最終仕上シ時のレイアウ
トに従って予じめ決められた角度を有するようにする必
要がある。 その理由を説明すると、第1図に示すように原稿ドラム
1に原s2を原稿ドラムの基線3に対してまっすぐに取
シ付けた場合には、スキャンされた後に露光ドラム4に
取p付けられたフィルム5に露光される画像6も露光ド
ラム4の基線7に対してまっすぐな画像となる。 従って、このスキャナーの色分解とレイアウトを同時に
処理するための機能を十分に発揮させるためには、第2
図に示すように、露光ドラム4の基線7に対して斜めの

るからである。 この発明は上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであって、カ
ラー原稿を体裁通りの角度にて正確かつ容易にカラース
キャナードラムに貼込むことができるカラースキャナー
ドラム用原稿貼込み装置を提供することを目的とする。 すなわち、この発明は透明板と、該透明板上の面内にて
回転自在に設けられた透明な原稿支持板とを具備する原
稿回転板と;光源と、原稿回転板を一定の角度で設定さ
せる基準線を有する原稿架と、投影レンズと、体裁取付
は台とを順次配列してなる投影装置と;上記体裁取付は
台の一辺に沿って設けられたシャフトに枢支され、先端
に原稿保持台を取着し、該シャフトに沿って平行移動し
上記原稿保持台を上記体裁取付は台上面と後述のカラー
スキャナードラムとの間を往復動させる回転アームと;
カラースキャナードラムの軸又は基進紳が上記原イ高架
上の基準線と平行になるようにして該ドラムを支持する

貼込み装置を提供するものである。 以下、この発明を図示の実施例を参116シて説明する
。 第3図は本発明に係わるカラースキャナードラム用原稿
貼込み装置の要部を示すものでhりて、その一部を構成
する投影装Wxoは光源(図示しない〕を収容したぎツ
クス11と、原稿回転板12を一定のf角度で設定させ
る基漁線、たとえば最奥直線部13を有する原稿架14
と、投影レンズ9と、611後左右に平行移動可能な体
裁取付は台15とを順次配列して構成されている。また
、投影レンズ9は支柱16の一側に設けられた溝17を
介してボックス11および原稿架14とともに体裁取付
は台15に向って垂直方向に移動自在となっていて、こ
れによシ体裁取付は台15上に数置された体裁との倍率
関係を−節し得るようになっている。なお、このイg率
は投影レンズ9の上下動にともない直ちに表示装置1B

持板20とからなる。 なお、このような窪み19aを設けずに単に平坦な透明
板上にて原稿支持板20を回転しくaるようにしてもよ
い。さらに図示の如く、原稿支持板20の周囲に沿って
複数のロール21を設は原稿支持板20の回転の円滑性
を図るようにしてもよい。また、原稿支持板20上にガ
ラス← 板等の透明板22を装置し原稿“a″を固定するように

13と平行になるように調節するためのものである。し
たがって、これら当て23、線24に相当するものを原
稿架14に設け、これを体裁取付は台15上面に投影す
ることなどによシ、これら当て23、?#、? 4を省
略することも可能である。また、体裁取付は台15上面
に第3図に図示の如く透明な固定板15aを枢着させて
体裁25を固定するようにしてもよい。 体裁数句は台15の前方の一辺に沿ってシャフト28が
設けられていて、これに基端が枢支された回転アーム2
9が設けられている。この回転アーム29の先端に原稿
保持台30が固着されていて、この原稿保持台30によ
シカチー原稿aを保持させ、これを後述するカラースキ
ャナードラム表面に移転させることができるようになっ
ている。なお、この回転アーム29は上記ドラムの径の
大きさに合わせて伸縮し得るようになっている。 上記体裁数句は台15の側方で、かつ上記シャフト28
に沿った位置に、ドラム支持具32が枠体31を介して
設けられていて、カラースキャナードラム33を、その

を用いてカラー原稿″a″ヲカラースキャナードラム周
面に体裁通シの所定角度を以って貼着する場合の操作に
ついて説明する。 まず、カラー原稿−”を第6図に示す如く正向正像で原
稿支持板20上にテープ等で固定し、ついでその上に透
明板22を重ねたのち、透明板19の一側辺が最奥直線
部13に平行に当接するようにして原稿架14にセット
する。 他方、第7図に示す如く体&25を天地を逆にし、さら
に体裁25のトンボ34が格子状線24の横線と平行を
なすようにして体裁取付は台15上面に固定する。この
状態でカラー原稿頓amを体裁取付は台上に投影し、投
影レンズ9を上下に移動式せながら倍率を合せ、同時に
原稿支持板20を回転させ、その角度を調節して、双方
の像を一致させ、ついでチー〈等にょ9原稿支持板20
と透明板19とを固定する。 次に原稿回転板12を原稿架14から取シ出し、そのま
ま第8図に示す如く原稿回転板当て23にその一例を平
行に密着させ、透明板22を取シ除き、回転アーム29
をカラー原稿″′a”上方に移動式せ、カラー原稿″′
a″をそのままの角度で原稿支持板2oから原稿保持台
