【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 板体の一面上にうず巻体を配設した第1のスクロー
ル部材と、同様に板体の一面上にうず巻体を配設−した
第2のスクロール部材の両うず巻体を互に角度をずらせ
、かつ両うず巻体側壁が接触するように配設し、第1の
スクロール部材を円軌道上を公転運動させて両うず巻体
間に閉塞された複数の空間を形成しつつ流体を取り込み
、該第1のスクロール部材の運動に伴い、該密閉空間を
第1のスクロール部材の運動に伴゛   い、該密閉空
間を中心1こ移動せしめ、かつ容積の減少を伴わせて一
方向性流体圧縮作用を行なわせるようにしたスクロール
型圧縮機において、上記第1のスクロール部材のうず巻
体と上記第2のスクロール部材の板体とのうず巻曲線に
沿って外周端寄り部分で相対向し得る部分に相互間隔を
設け、該相互間隔に軸方向でスライド可能な制御板を設
け、かつ該制御板に定められた方向で移動させる駆動手
段を設け、該制御板を上記第一のスクロール部材のうず
巻体に接触又は離間させることにより上記密閉空間の取
込容積を可変にした4とを特徴とするスクロール型圧縮
機。 2 上記相互間隔は、上記第1のスクロール部材のうず
巻体の壁高さを短かくすることと、上記第2のスクロー
ル部材の板体の一面を低くすることとの、少な(とも一
方のことによって得られたものであることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のスクロール型圧縮
機。 3 上記第2のスクロール部材は板体の一面上に高い耐
摩耗性を有するボトムプレートを備えたものであり、上
記制御板は該ボトムプレートの一部を切離したものであ
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は
第2項記載のスクロール型圧縮機。 4 上記駆動手段は、圧縮された流体の圧力を上記制御
板の背面に伝える圧力伝達経路を有したものであること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1〜3項のいず
れかに記載のスフロー    −ル型圧縮機。 5 上記圧力伝達経路は、圧力の伝達をオン・オフでき
る弁を有したものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録
