装置に於いて、円筒状もしくは角筒状のような筒の開口
部の一方が密閉され開口部の面積の夫々異なる大小の筒
を開口部が逆向きになるよう互い違いにし、筒の側板と
側板との間及び開口部の垂直方向に適宜空間を設け、大
きい筒中に小さい筒を順次挿入するようにして一体とし
、貯油槽内に直立させ充満し埋設する。 筒の側板と側板の間に永久磁石の磁極面が垂直になるよ
う適数間隔をおき連結したものを橋渡しし、これらを多
数側板間に吊設し、磁場を発生させる。発生した空隙磁
場に燃料油を2時間以上接触作用させ、接触時間経過順
に貯油槽内をオーバーフローさせながら順送りに燃料油
