    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 船体上部構造物の頂部において煙突をそなえ、船体の前
    進時に上記船体上部構造物の前面上端部から後方の上記
    煙突へ向けて盛り上がるように生じる気流の乱れ域を低
    下させるべく、上記煙突の前方において上記船体上部構
    造物のやや上方に平板状のオーニング兼用整流板がほぼ
    水平に設けられたことを特徴とする、煙害防止兼用オー
    ニング付き船舶。
