PURPOSE:To prevent the freeze of water in a hot water supply pipe without using electric power by a method wherein a heat pipe is provided along a hot water exit pipe inside or outside of the hot water exit pipe of a solar heat water hater, and hot water in a bath tub and hot water in the solar heat water heater is connected thermaly. CONSTITUTION:Hot water which is heated in a heat collecting part 1 is storaged in a solar heat water heater 2, and is supplied in the bathtub using a hot water exit pipe 3. The lower end 6 of the heat pipe 5 which is provided in the hot water supply pipe contacts to hot water 7 in a bathtub 4, and the upper end contacts to hot water 8 in the solar heat water heater.
