Claims (1)
、管の先端に吹付ノズルを備えた長尺ノズル体を炉内に
挿入し、前記吹付ノズルから耐火物を噴出して炉壁の損
耗箇所を熱間吹付補修する装置において、先端に滑車を
保持した腕部が炉内に突入され、その腕部が水平方向に
回動可能なように腕部後端が前記マンホールのフランジ
の上側縁部に軸着された滑車保持治具と、炉内に挿入さ
れた前記ノズル体の管の適宜の位置にそれぞれ一端が固
着され、前記滑車を経てウィンチ等の操作部へ延びた１
本以上のワイヤとからなり、前記ノズル体の管とワイヤ
とがなす角度を大きくしてノズル体を支持するようにし
たことを特徴とする工業炉の熱間吹付補修用ノズル体の
