Claims (1)
ジングの軸孔内周に環状を呈する空間を形成して、該空
間の内周寄りの位置に断面略Ｃ字形の金属筒の切欠部分
に弾性体を充填して断面略０字形に形成したブレーキメ
タルを内挿するとともに前記空間における外周寄りの部
分を外部から作動油を給排する油室とし、該油室の軸方
向両端部位に前記ハウジングとブレーキメタル間をシー
ルするＯリング等のシール部材を配設してなることを特
徴とするエアシリンダの制御装置。An annular space is formed on the inner periphery of the shaft hole of the housing through which the rod of the air cylinder is inserted so as to be able to move in the axial direction, and a notched portion of a metal cylinder having a substantially C-shaped cross section is provided with elastic material at a position near the inner periphery of the space.
