おいて、この家屋に形成され前記空間部を屋外と連通さ
せる通気口と、前記空間部内に設けられその空間部内の
湿度が所定値を越えたとき若しくは該空間部内に結露が
生じたときにこれを検知してオン信号を発生する検知回
路と、この検知回路が発生するオン信号に基づき通電駆
動されその駆動時に屋外の空気を前記通気口を介して前
記空間部内に流通させる送風機とを具備して成る家屋用
