や、前記側板fの外周面jと前記ボディCの内周面にと
の嵌合隙間等に高い精度が要求されるという問題がある
。しかも、従来のものは、第2図に示すように、前記側
板fの背面gの高圧領域Hと低圧領域りとを区画する位
置に溝mを設けるとともに、この溝mに前記ガスケント
hを嵌着し、このガスケットhの片側に形成される高圧
領域Hにだけ吐出側の高圧流体を導入するようにしてい
る。そのため、高圧領域Hの流体圧と低圧領域り側の流
体圧との差によって前記側板fが矢印X方向の旧勢力を
受け、該側板fの低圧領域り側の外周面jがボディCの
内周面kに強く押し付けられることになる。その結果、
この側板fの低圧領域り側の外周縁部が第3図に想像線
で示すように厚み方向に変形することになり、該側板f
の非変形部と南側面d、eとの間に隙間が生しる。した
がって、高い精度で加工したにもかかわらす、容積効率
