た板状のフランジ部と、一端がアーマチュアに、他端が
フランジ部に枢着され、かつアーマチュアとの枢着部が
フランジ部との枢着部より中心からの半径方向距離を大
にすると共に、アーマチュアとの枢着部をフランジ部と
の枢着部よりアーマチュアの回転方向に先行する位置に
配され、常時アーマチュアをフランジ部側に付勢せしめ
る複数の第1のダンパを構成する円弧状の弾性線条と、
アーマチュアに立設したダンパ軸に円筒形のダンパケー
スに埋込まれた弾性体が同心に支持されて成る複数の第
2のダンパと、第2のダンパとの間に所定の間隙を存し
てフランジ部に対向形成されたストッパ部とから成り、
第1の回転部材から第2の回転部材への伝達トルクが所
定値以内の時は第1のダンパを介し、該伝達トルクが所
定値を超える時は第2のダンパを介してトルク伝達が行
