図面中、1は主軸、2は軸受ハウジング、3゜4は軸受
、5,7は歯車、6は主軸駆動モータ、9はオイルミス
ト供給口、10はオイルミスト排出口、11は熱電対、
1βは銅リング、14は冷却装置、15は冷却水通路、
23は増幅器、24は微分器、25は制御器、26は冷
却装置用制御器、27は主軸駆動モータ用制御器である

求める微分器と、軸受を冷却する冷却装置と、前記温度
検出装置により検出された温度が所定の上限温度に達し
あるいは前記微分器により求められた温度上昇速度が所
定の上限速度に達すると前記冷却装置を働かせる制御器
