アクリーナにおいて、前記ダンパーを作動させるアクチ
ュエータと、前記外向き開口の付近に設けられ、絶縁基
板の片面に複数の電極を相互に離隔させて配設した水セ
ンサと、前記外向き開口周辺の水かぶりによって、前記
水センサの前記電極間を満した水の状況によって生ずる
抵抗値変化を電圧に変換し、該電圧が予め設定した基準
値よりも小さくなったとき信号を発して、リレーを通じ
て前記アクチュエータを作動させ、前記ダンパーを切替
え前記外向き開口を閉鎖する制御装置とを備えることを
