    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 天井１より懸吊部材２を介して懸吊された上部強度部材
    ３ａと下部透明または半透明部材３ｂとよりなる水平筒
    状のフィルタ支持枠３の前記上部強度部材３ａ上に水平
    フィルタ４を支持するとともに、前記フィルタ支持枠３
    内に照明器具５を内蔵してなることを特徴とするクリー
    ンルーム。
