Claims

a pulp body having a negative pressure input port, an atmospheric input port, and an output port; a cup-shaped plunger disposed within the body; disposed from the inner periphery of the mouth of the cup to the end thereof and fixed to the cup; a non-magnetic sleeve to which an inner circumferential portion of a diaphragm is attached, an outer circumferential portion of which is fixed to the body; a ball valve made of a non-metallic material provided within the plunger; the body; and a yoke member that also serves as a bracket for fixing a solenoid part and configuring a magnetic circuit for the plunger, the solenoid part, and the core, and the plunger is press-molded and has an air hole in its outer periphery that communicates with the air input port. The inner circumferential portion of the diaphragm is fixed to the convex outer circumferential surface of the sleeve, and the inner circumferential end of the sleeve provided in the plunger is formed into a tapered shape, and the tapered portion is formed in the ball valve. A sheet is formed to control communication between the atmospheric hole and the output port, and opening and closing of the negative pressure passage is controlled by a metal pipe that is press-fitted and fixed to the negative pressure input port side of the body and protrudes concentrically within the sleeve.
