の部材間に第1のゴム弾性体と第2のコム弾性体とが直
列に配設されると共に、第3のコム弾性体が第1のゴム
弾性体と並列に第2のコム弾性体とは直列に配設されて
おり、前記第1のゴム弾性体は一方の部材と他方の部材
間の取付は時の荷重負荷作用方向に対して剪断力が働く
ように配設され、かつ、この第1のゴム弾性体の中間部
にはインサート金具が介挿され、更に、このインサート
金具の端部は前記一方の部材と他方の部材が所定量相対
変位したとき一方の部材と当接する位置関係に配設され
ており、第2のコム弾性体は取付は時の荷重作用方向に
予圧縮されて取り付けられており、 第3のゴム弾性体は前記インサート金具の端部が一方の
部材と当接する相対変位より更に前記一方の部材と他方
の部材が相対変位したときストッパ作用をなすために前
記取付は時の荷重負荷方向に対して圧縮方向に働くよう
に配設されており、これにより、取付は使用状態の常用
作動範囲では剛性を低くするが、それより小荷重範囲お
よび大荷重範囲では剛性を高(し、かつ、大荷重範囲へ
