シリード線支持装置を示すブラシ装置部の要部正面図、
第３図は第２図の■−■線における断面図である。 図において、５・・・固定側部材をなす取付板、６・・
・ブラシ箱、１０・・・ブラシ、１１・・・リード線、
１４・・・絶縁スリーブ、１５・・・接続導体、２１・
・・絶縁支持柱、２１ａ・・・スリット、２ｉｂ・・・
環状溝、２１ｃ・・・保持溝、２１ｄ・・・開口部、２
２・・・取付穴。 なお、図中同一符号は同−又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）直流機のブラシ保持器内のブラシから出され、可
    とうより線からなるリード線が先端で、外部からの接続
    導線に接続された装置において、弾性を有する軟質の合
    成樹脂成形品からなり、後端部が固定側部材に弾性はめ
    込みにより固定され、先端部に保持溝が設けられ、この
    保持溝の外周の一部が開口してあり、この開口部を広げ
    て上記リード線の中間部を通し上記保持溝にはめ込み支
    持した絶縁支持柱を備えたことを特徴とする直流機のブ
    ラシリード線支持装置。
  2. （２）絶縁支持柱の後端部には、軸方向のスリット及び
    外円周に環状溝を設けてあり、固定側部材はブラシ保持
    器の取付板からなり、この取付板に設けられた取付穴に
    上記絶縁支持柱の後端部を差込み上記環状溝をはめ合わ
    せ、絶縁支持柱を固定したことを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の直流機のブラシリード線支持
    装置。
  3. （３）　　リード線は可とうの絶縁スリーブがはめられ
    、絶縁支持柱に支持されたことを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の直流機のブラシリ
    ード線支持装置。
