コンプレッサ内の電動機のステータに巻き付けられた巻
線部の一部拡大断面図、第３図は第２図の巻付は状態か
ら衝撃が加わった場合に、巻線が絶縁不良を起す状態を
説明する拡大断面図、第４図は本考案に係る誘導電動機
の巻線保護装置における保護部材の一実施例を示す斜視
図、第５図は第４図の保護部材に誘導電動機のステータ
に装着した状態を示す一部斜視図、第６図は第５図にお
いて巻線からみた拡大断面図である。 図中、５はステータ、６は巻線、７はスロット、８はス
ロット絶縁紙、９は上端面、１０は突出部、１２は弧状
片、１３は保護片、１４は保護部材である。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ステータの内周部に、そのステータの軸方向に沿
    った多数のスロットを設け、そのスロットを通してステ
    ータに巻線を巻き付け、そのスロット内の巻線の外周に
    スロット絶縁紙を設けると共に該スロット絶縁紙の上端
    をステータの上端より突出させて突出部を形成した誘導
    電動機において、弧状片の内周に複数の保護片を突設し
    て保護部材を形成し、その保護部材の保護片を上記隣接
    するスロット絶縁紙の突出部間に挿入すると共に、保護
    片の厚さを上記突出部の高さより厚く形成したことを特
    徴とする誘導電動機の巻線保護装置。
  2. （２）保護部材が、ステータの上面にワニス或いは接着
    剤で接着されて設けられると共に、その接着によりスロ
    ット絶縁紙の突出部と一体にされた上記実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項に記載の誘導電動機の巻線保護装置。
