でそれぞれ平衡変調する２つの平衡変調部と、前記２つ
の平衡変調部の出力をそれぞれ変圧器を介して入力とす
る２つの位相補正部と、前記２つの位相補正部の出力を
相互に逆極性で入力とする加算部と、前記加算部の出力
を検波する検波部と、前記検波部の出力が一定値以上で
一定時間続いたとき出力する出力部とを具備して成る軌
