固締する高筒体７及び低筒体８を突設し、固設部９際の
上方缶内側には外側にはテープ逆転ストッパー軸１０と
之に嵌着する軸心１１を、又内側にはローラー１２を軸
棒１３に回転可能に装着し之に嵌着する軸心１４を設け
、切断板２には上方両側より略逆ハ字状突設部１５を該
面内側に小突片１６を有して形成し、突設部１５の下方
の空間１７を形成゛する残余の切断板２の外側に傾斜部
１８を設け、内側には刃体枠２１内に刃体１９を其の上
