Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) A crankshaft connected to the wiper arm,
An eccentric shaft that is eccentric with respect to this shaft and rotates integrally with the drive gear is coupled and disengaged via an electromagnetic clutch, so that the retracting movement when the wiper is stopped is performed using the eccentricity.
