    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 各頂点部分を同一円周上の円弧状に形成した略三角形状
    のアルミナ磁器基板の略中心部に、磁性体を埋め込むと
    ともに、前記アルミナ磁器基板を路線状の条溝を形成し
    、かつ前記頂点部分の少なくとも一部には凹欠部を形成
    したことを特徴とする非可逆回路素子用磁性体基板。
