Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

In an input device, a display panel is provided in a case having an opening so that an input surface faces the opening, and a coordinate position corresponding to a pressed point on the input surface of the display panel is detected. An engaging protrusion is formed on the edge of a flexible sheet of approximately the same size, a gap is provided between the opening edge of the case and the input surface of the display panel, and the engaging protrusion is formed within this gap. An input device characterized in that the flexible sheet is held on an input surface of a display panel by inserting and locking a protrusion.
