Configuration of conventional examples and their problems Conventionally, as a heating device for this type of hot water storage type water heater, the first one was a small hot water storage type water heater for a toilet device released by a company other than the applicant in the same industry.
There is one that adopts the structure shown in the figure. That is,
As shown in Fig. 1, the hot water tank is composed of a main body 1 and a lid 2, and a heater 3 is suitably bent and fixed to the lid 2, and almost the entire area becomes a heat generating part. ing. 4 is a water supply pipe, which is supported by a protrusion 5 provided on the lid body 2 and a bottom wall portion 6 of the hot water tank body 1;
The discharge port 1 has a diagonal cutout, and is attached to the side of the heater 3 so as to supply water.

In addition, hot water maintained at a constant temperature by a temperature control device is stored in the interior 9 of the hot water tank, and when water is supplied from the water supply pipe 4 in this state, the discharge port 10 of the water supply pipe 4 is tilted diagonally. Because of the notch, the water hits the bottom wall 6 and side wall 11 of the hot water tank body 1, causing a rapidly rising water flow as shown by the arrow 12 in the figure, causing hot water to be stored inside the hot water tank 9. It sucks hot water and rapidly lowers the temperature of stored hot water.

Therefore, although the hot water discharged from the discharge port 7 maintains the temperature set by the temperature control device for a short period of time at the beginning of operation, the temperature soon becomes unstable and the temperature drops. Also, when the hot water temperature drops to below the set temperature, the sensor 8 detects this and the temperature controller supplies power to the heater 3, but since almost the entire heater 3 is a heat generating part, The hot water boils from the entire surface of the L heater 3, causing convection, and causing the entire interior of the hot water tank to become clogged.

In addition, since the heat generating part of the heater 3 is located above the sensor 8, if there is abnormal local overheating at the top of the heater 3, it may not be detected by the sensor 8 and there is a risk of discharging high temperature water. Purpose of the Invention In view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention is capable of preventing water supplied from a water supply pipe from flowing into hot water stored in a hot water tank. It is an object of the present invention to provide a heating device that can reliably detect abnormal heating even when overheating occurs.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a sensor for a temperature control device that detects the temperature of hot water in the hot water tank, which is installed in the hot water tank in a direction substantially perpendicular to the bottom wall of the tank, and a water supply pipe. The outlet part of the hot water tank is located almost in the center of the hot water tank, and the water supply is directed almost vertically to the bottom wall of the hot water tank.
The hot water tank is configured so that the water is supplied between the bottom wall of the hot water tank and the heat generating part of the heater. According to this configuration, water discharged from the discharge port of the water supply pipe is supplied to the bottom wall of the overflow tank. In this case, the discharge port of the water supply pipe is located almost in the center of the hot water tank, so the water flows into the side wall of the hot water tank. The time it takes for the water to reach the temperature is almost constant for each part, and the water rises uniformly from the entire surface of the hot water tank, licking the heat generating part of the heater, so the hot water stored in the hot water tank increases. As a result, it is possible to prevent the temperature of overflow water from dropping, and if the heat generating part of the heater overheats, the abnormal heating of the heat generating part can be removed from the overflow tank. The sensor of the temperature control device installed inside the tank in a direction almost perpendicular to the bottom wall of the tank allows for quick detection, making it possible to reliably prevent the discharge of high-temperature water that could cause burns. It is something.

The water that entered the water supply pipe 27 is transferred to the bottom wall 2 of the hot water tank body tatami mat 3.
2 and extends laterally in contact with the bottom wall portion 22, and is supplied between the spiral portion 21 and the bottom wall portion 22 of the heating heater 3. In this case, the outlet 28 of the water supply pipe 27
is located almost at the center of the hot water tank body 13, so the time it takes for water to reach the side wall 41 of the body 13 is almost constant throughout each part, so that
It rises uniformly by licking the spiral portion 21 of the heater 13. Further, it rises uniformly by licking the spiral portion 21 of the heating heater 3. In addition, the spiral portion 2 of the heater 13
1 is almost parallel to the bottom wall 22 and has a flat shape, so it has the effect of a baffle plate that suppresses the rising water force, thereby creating a layer with a temperature difference between the water and the stored hot water. and rise. Although it is effective even if the spiral portion 21 has a single planar shape, the baffle effect is increased by pressing the lower surface to widen the planar portion 26. Furthermore, pressing the spiral portion 21 after spiral processing will further tighten the insulating material that has become rough due to partial tensile force due to spiral processing, which may cause malfunctions of the heater such as corona discharge. It is possible to prevent such phenomena from occurring. Furthermore, since all the parts are attached to the lid body 14 of the hot water tank body 13, maintainability is very good. As the separation layer between the water and the stored hot water rises, hot water at a constant temperature is discharged from the discharge pipe 29, and the hot water is ejected from the cleaning nozzle 34 and used for cleaning. When the temperature rises by a certain distance, the temperature detected by the sensor 31 becomes lower than the set temperature, so the temperature controller supplies power to the heater 201.
The layer of water is the heater below! The hot water layer is heated uniformly by the spiral portion 21 of No. 3 and causes convection, but in that case, the hot water layer does not reach the warm water layer, and therefore the hot water layer is kept at a constant temperature and pushed up, and is sent to the next discharge pipe 29 on a daily basis. It will be done. Experimentally, the push-up efficiency (discharge amount of hot water at a constant temperature/inner volume of the hot water tank) can be maintained at 85% or more. FIG. 6 is a graph showing the relationship between the cleaning hot water temperature and the discharge pipe time when the heating device of the present invention and the heating device of the conventional example are adopted for the toilet seat. This is when the discharge flow rate is approximately 0.7 min.

The solid line is the product of the present invention, and the broken line is the conventional product. As is clear from the figure, the product of the present invention can discharge hot water at the optimum temperature (40 qo) for a much longer time than the conventional product.
Further, the time required for cleaning the Hongmen after defecation is approximately 1 minute or less, and it is optimal if the heating device of the present invention is employed in a toilet device or a bidet device. In the above embodiment, the effect when applied to a toilet device has been explained, but the present invention is applicable not only to a toilet device but also to a device that needs to discharge hot water or various fluids at a constant temperature for a certain period of time. This invention can be greatly applied to certain types of equipment.Effects of the InventionAs described above, according to the present invention, the discharge port of the water supply pipe is located approximately at the center of the hot water tank, and the water supply is directed to the bottom wall of the hot water tank. Since the water is directed almost perpendicularly to the hot water tank and between the bottom wall of the hot water tank and the heat generating part of the heater, the water discharged from the outlet of the water supply pipe is directed almost perpendicularly to the side wall of the hot water tank. The time it takes for the water to reach the hot water tank is almost constant across all parts, and the water reaches the entire surface of the hot water tank.
Since the water rises uniformly by licking the heat generating part of the heater, the hot water stored in the hot water tank will not be affected by the hot water, and as a result, the hot water temperature will decrease. This can be naturally prevented.

In addition, if the heat generating part of the heater becomes abnormally heated, the abnormal heating of the heat generating part is quickly detected by the temperature control device sensor installed in the hot water tank in a direction almost perpendicular to the bottom wall of the tank. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the discharge of high-temperature water that can cause burns.
