    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. らせん形遅波回路を有し、−該らせんの外周囲に複数本
    の誘電体支柱を配設し、これ等を円筒状金属外囲器で包
    含してなるらせん形遅波回路構体において、前記らせん
    および誘電体支柱を長手方向に１個のすり割り溝を有す
    る円筒状金属支持体で包含し、該金属支持体の復元力を
    利用してらせんおよび誘電体皮゛柱を締結固定し更にこ
    れ等を円筒状外囲器内に収納することを特徴とするらせ
    ん形遅波回路構体。
