Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は一般家屋やビルなどの壁に明りとり用として嵌
めこまれる断熱材に関する。
従来建物の明りとりで壁に直接嵌めこまれたものは、壁
の内外面に面一に２枚の亀甲模様の厚板ガラスを嵌めこ
んでいた。
併しながら、この構造によると、明りとりの役目は果せ
るものの熱伝導性が高く、冷暖房効果を低下させていた
。
本考案は上記欠点を除き、熱遮断性の高い明りとり用断
熱材を提供する。
以下本考案の一実施例を図面にもとづいて説明する。
第１図、第２図に示す如く本考案の明りとり用断熱材１
はガラス、アクリル板のような透明性を有腰かつ強度の
高い素材を用いて形成され、第２図に示すハニカム状基
体１１と該基体１１の中空孔１１ａの両面を塞ぐ平板状
透光性パネル１２とからなり、全体として一定厚みに形
成される。
これらハニカム状基体１１とパネル１２とは一体成形さ
れてもよいし、別々に形成された後、気密的に接着され
てもよいが、前記りニカム状の中空孔１１ａ内個々には
略真空状態とされる。
本実施例では、熱伝導性の低い素材を用いて、しかも中
空孔内は個々に真空に近い状態とされるので断熱材が高
く、外気の寒暖が直接室内へ伝播することがない。
また、透光性に富むので、これを壁の一画に面一に嵌め
こむときは明りとりとしての役目を果たす。
更に、ハニカム状に形成された仕切壁１１ｂにより補強
されているため厚み方向の強度も大きい。
以上実施例の他、基体１１はハニカム状の他、格子状そ
の他の網目状部材であればよい。
本考案の明りとり用断熱材は以上の如く、低熱伝導性を
有する素材を用いた網目基体と該基体の中空孔の両面を
気密的に塞ぐ平板状透光性パネルとからなり、前記網目
基体の各中空孔内は真空状態とされているので、明りと
り用として充分の透光性を有することは勿論、断熱性が
高く、外気の寒暖が直接室内に伝わるのを遮断すること
ができる。
また、強度もすぐれ、一定の厚みを持つため施工が簡単
である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 低熱伝導性素材を用いた網目基体と、該基体の中空孔の
    両面を気密的に塞ぐ平板状透光性パネルとからなり、前
    記網目基体の各中空孔内は真空状態とされたことを特徴
    とする明りとり用断熱材。
