Claims

A shaft with a threaded tip is fixed to one end of a plate shape bent in an L-shape, and a semicircular recess with knurled edges is provided on the other end of the shaft of the first mounting base support. An inverted U-shaped plate-shaped equipment mounting base having shaft holes at opposing positions on both sides and on which equipment can be mounted on the top surface is provided with a spacer between the both sides to prevent inward bending due to external forces. A second mount support part is inserted through the shaft hole through the shaft hole, and has a shaft hole in one end of a plate bent into an L shape, and a semicircular recess with knurling in the other end edge. The shaft hole is passed through the shaft, and the cylindrical support portion receiver is mounted in the semicircular recess of the first and second mounting support portions by sandwiching the knurled circumferential groove portion of the shaft from both sides.
