Abstract

PURPOSE:To find easily out the accuracy of dimension by performing the working of a frame having a motor fitting part, the working of a pickup holder and the fitting of shafts and a bush, from the same direction. CONSTITUTION:The frame 10 is molded by a metallic die cast, a motor 4 is fitted to the fitting part 10a formed on one end part and two shafts 6 are set up on a step part 10b formed the other end. The pickup holder 11 is supported by the shafts 6 through the bush 8 so as to be freely slided and a pickup 9 is charged to the pickup holder 11. At the working of said pickup holder 11, a base board 14 is used as a reference plane and grooves 11a, 11b and a pickup fitting part 11c are simultaneously worked from the same direction. In addition, the step part 10b for fitting the shafts 6 and the fitting part 10a of the motor 6 are simultaneously worked from the upper part of said frame 10.
