Conventionally, various water-in-oil emulsion fuels are known, such as emulsified water in which an emulsifier and water are mixed in fuel oil, or emulsified water alone.

For example, Tokukan Sho 55-112925. Therefore, the present inventor attempted to promote combustion efficiency by adding a combustion improver such as pulverized coal and emulsified water to this emulsion fuel, but the effect was not sufficient. Various pre-inflammation additives from various companies were tested as combustion aids, but the results were not satisfactory. The results showed that activated carbon was the most effective.

In addition, activated carbon is an extremely absorbent substance, so if you add a large amount of activated carbon, it will absorb the emulsifier and prevent sedimentation.
Since the combustion effect increases even when the amount of activated carbon is increased, the present inventors continued their research, and as a result, they emulsified activated carbon in an emulsifier and mixed it thoroughly.

It has been found that a good method is to dilute an emulsifier mixed with activated carbon (emulsifier containing activated carbon) with water and then add it to the fuel.

However, it has been found that if the amount of activated carbon mixed in with the emulsifier is incorrect, the emulsifier and powdered charcoal will completely separate into two layers and cannot be used as a product, as can be seen from the example of pulverized charcoal.

Therefore, the same results were obtained even when activated carbon was mixed as a combustion aid additive. Therefore, the inventor conducted an experiment on the mixing ratio using the method described in the next section.

First, by mixing 30 kg of activated carbon with 100 kg of emulsifier, it became possible to store the product for a long time (we saw results that did not separate for about 10 months or more).

As a result of intensive research, it was found that the reason for this is that when an emulsifier and activated carbon are mixed, the specific gravity of activated carbon becomes 0.95-1 (the apparent specific gravity of activated carbon itself is 0.3-0.

Since the specific gravity of the emulsifier used was 0.7 to 1.2, both were used in the same experiment as described above, using 9 weights of activated carbon relative to the amount of emulsifier. Therefore, they discovered that it is possible to obtain a combustion-supporting additive that does not separate into two layers even when stored for a long period of time, and completed the present invention. In addition, the emulsifier used in the present invention is Noyama eslo.

The method of obtaining an emulsion of activated carbon with a specific gravity of 0.95 to 1 according to the present invention can be achieved by mixing 30% by weight of activated carbon K9 with respect to the amount of the emulsifier mentioned above, and adding the activated carbon while gradually increasing the concentration. be.

The addition rate and degree of carbonization vary depending on the amount of emulsifier and activated carbon used, but approximately 100% of the emulsifier and 30% of activated carbon are used.
If you add activated charcoal (g), add it while shaking it for about 20 minutes. The process after hawking is common and can be carried out satisfactorily, but in order to obtain a high-quality emulsifying additive mixed with activated carbon, the present inventor used a general lampshaft machine as a preliminary hawking machine, and used a static tube mixer for the finishing process. Use pressure 0.2kg/ to 20k9/
Finishing is done within a certain range and stored in a container for further use. The activated carbon emulsion thus obtained is tar-like and will not separate into two layers even if left for more than 10 months.

Make dilution water by adding 50% and add this to kerosene, light oil, A, B, and C.
By adding 3% to 50% to heavy oil, fish oil, etc., it increases the combustion efficiency of these oils and reduces the amount of each combustion oil by 5%.

Furthermore, when this combustion-supporting additive is added to the above-mentioned oil, it has the advantage of being easy to use since the activated carbon is always in the form of a stable emulsion.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described. Example emulsifier (knockless 100W) 100ml was placed in a container equipped with a 200ml emulsifier, and while this cooling layer was running, activated carbon 30k9 having a particle size of 300 mesh or more was passed from above through the nozzle of a hopper for about 20 minutes. I added it gradually.

After the addition is complete, a pressure of approximately 8k9/cm is applied to the prepared product container through a static tube mixer attached to the container.
The activated carbon-containing emulsifying additive of the present invention was obtained by feeding the mixture while continuously mixing for a minute.
