気通路には室外側吐出口と吸込口とを有し、１次給気通
路には室外側吸込口と吐出口とを有する本体と、上記吸
込口と上記吐出口とが隣接する様に本体に接続して設け
た集合ボックスと、上記１次排気通路に送風する排気用
羽根及び上記１次給気通路に送風する給気用羽根とそれ
らを回転させる為のモータとを有する送風機ユニットと
、２次排気通路と２次給気迫路を区画し、２次排気通路
には室内側吸込口と吐出接続口とを有し、２次給気通路
には室内側吐出口と吸込接続口とを有する換気ボックス
と、上記２次排気通路と２次給気通路の交差部に設けた
熱交換素子とを有する熱交換ユニットを複数個有し、上
記集合ボックスと各熱交換ユニットの吐出接続口及び吸
込接続口とをそれぞれ接続ダクトと、熱交換ユニットの
吐出接続口及び吸込接続口に設けた、熱交換ユニットと
着脱自在′なダクト取付板とによって接続した熱交換形
