Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) A storage case that stores a disk while being rotatably supported at its center and has at least a portion of the light passage section, and is formed so that the outer periphery of the disk is exposed on at least one side of the storage case. A disk drive device comprising a broken disk exposed portion and a drive means that abuts the outer periphery of the disk exposed from the disk exposed portion and drives the disk.

(2) The disk drive device according to claim (1), in which the driving means includes a roller that comes into contact with the outer periphery of the disk, and a motor that drives the roller.

(3) The disk drive device according to claim (2), wherein the roller is provided with a groove that engages with the outer periphery of the disk over the entire circumference.
