、９は溶接トーチの半径方向調整機構、１０は電極、１
１は位置決め金具、１１ａは当て金、ｌｌｂはスペーサ
、ｌｌｃはネジ棒である。なお、図中同一符号は同一ま
たは相当部分を示すものとする。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. フィラーメタルリングを使用し、棒状の被溶接物の外周
    面に対応する内孔を有した溶接ヘッドと、該溶接ヘッド
    に担持された前記内孔の周縁に沿って前記溶接ヘッドに
    対し相対的に回動する駆動リングに担持された溶接トー
    チおよび溶接トーチ調整機構と、前記溶接ヘッド内孔に
    配置され、被溶接物の外周に係合して前記被溶接材を把
    持する心出し装置とを有する円周自動溶接装置において
    、前記溶接トーチの被溶接物長手方向位置決めを、フィ
    ラーメタルリングの被溶接物外周上より凸部側壁を基準
    にして、溶接トーチ狙い位置決めを行う治具を備えた円
    周自動溶接機。
