Claims

(1) Move the energizing brush that slides into contact with the rotating conductive part, the energizing lead wire that has one end connected to the energizing brush and the other end connected to the energizing terminal, and the energizing brush and the energizing lead wire. A passage is formed in which the current-carrying lead wire held in the passage is connected to the drawing-side open end of the current-carrying lead wire connected to the current-carrying terminal.
