Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1)蒸気および油入口ポート30.66と、蒸気およ
び油出口ポート42.58と、前記蒸気入口および出口
ポート30.42を互いに接続する第1通路20と、前
記蒸気入口ポート30および前記油出口ポート58を互
いに接続する第2通路56と、前記油入口および出口ポ
ート66.58を互いに接続する第3通路72とを形成
した弁本体10と、第1、第2および第3位置間に可動
で前記第1および第2通路20,56を開閉するよう作
動し得る蒸気弁およびアクチュエータ部材94と、前記
第3通路72を開閉するよう第1および第2位置間に可
動の油井部材116と、この油井部材116をその第2
位置に向は押圧する押圧装置124とを具え、前記蒸気
弁およびアクチュエータ部材94が第1位置において前
記第1および第2通路20゜56を閉じ、第2位置にお
いて前記第1および第2通路20.56を蒸気放出作動
のため開放し、第3位置において前記第1通路20を開
放するとともに前記第2通路56を閉じ、前記油井部材
116を前記押圧装置124に抗して押圧して第3通路
72を開放し、これにより蒸気および油を夫々前記第1
および第3通路20゜72を介して夫々の出口ポート4
2.58に同時に流し出すよう構成してなることを特徴
とする蒸気および燃料油制御および浄化弁。 (2)前記蒸気弁およびアクチュエータ部材94がほぼ
円筒形で軸線方向に摺動可能であり、第1および第2の

記第1通路20が第1弁座26を有し、前記弁およびア
クチュエータ部材94がその第1位置にある際に前記第
1弁座26に前記弁座掛合表面96が掛合して前記通路
20を閉じるも、前記蒸気弁およびアクチュエータ部材
94がその第3位置にある際に前記弁座掛合表面96が
前記弁座26から離間して前記通路20を開放するよう
構成してなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第2項に記載の蒸気および燃料油制御および浄化弁。 (4)前記弁座26が環形式でその中心に貫通する開口
を有し、この開口が前記第1通路20の一部を形成し、
前記蒸気弁およびアクチュエータ部材94上の前記弁座
掛合表面96が環形状であるが中心が閉止していて前記
第1および第2開口102,104から軸線方向に離間
し、前記軸線方向間隔を適切に選定して前記弁座掛合表
面96が前記弁座26に掛合する際に前記弁本体10の
円筒形孔の孔壁によって前記第1および第2開口102
,104の少なくとも一方が閉止されるよう構成してな
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項に記
載の蒸気および燃料油制御および浄化弁。 (5)前記蒸気昇およびアクチュエータ部材94の開口
102,104間の間隔と前記弁本体10の円筒形孔の
寸法との関係が適切に選定されて前記蒸気弁およびアク
チュエータ部材94が前記第1位置にある際に弁および

体10の円筒形孔の孔壁によって閉止され、また蒸気弁
およびアクチュエータ部材94が前記第3位置にある際
に、前記第1開口102が前記孔壁によって閉止される
と共に第2開口104が第3通路72に対して開放する
よう構成してなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第3項に記載の蒸気および燃料油制御および浄化弁
。 (6)前記蒸気弁およびアクチュエータ部材94が前記
弁本体10の円筒形孔の孔壁と掛合し得る第1、第2お
よび第3環状シール装置106゜108.110を有し
、第1および第3環状シール装置106,110が蒸気
弁およびアクチュエータ部材94の前記第1および第2
開口102.104の夫々より軸線方向外方に位置し、
前記第2環状シール装置108が前記両開口102,1
04間に位置し前記蒸気弁およびアクチュエータ部材9
4が前記第1位置にある際に前記開口102,104お
よび前記弁本体10の円筒形孔の孔壁に沿って蒸気およ
び油が漏洩するのを前記第2および第3環状シール装置
