    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁パイプの上に、順次導電性材料の巻付層、半導電性
    発熱体、その上に強く緊縛するように導電性材料の巻付
    層が設けられ、前記導電性材料の巻付層を電極として発
    熱体に通電加熱するパイプ状発熱体において、前記発熱
    体の内外両面には導電加工が施きれていることを特徴と
    するパイプ状□　　発熱体。
