Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate entry into a patient's chart during film diagnosis by guiding numbers of films onto a light box surfaces successively and automatically, and reading the photograph continuously. CONSTITUTION:A classifying and supplying device A for observation films has a rack 1 on which films are placed and a film pressure plate. The rack 1 incorporates an arm 4 for flexing films as specified and a feed member 5 used to project the film. This arm and the feed member 5 are put in operation successively with a train of cams 6 and 7 to calssify films mounted on the rack 1, one by one, and they are sent into a shear curtain part as a film observing de- vice C simultaneously.

Therefore, in the past, this type of film interpretation, especially the interpretation of chest indirect radiography films, etc., consisted of placing the film on the surface of a light box such as a Scherkasten for each lobe, and recording the findings in the medical record. This resulted in a lot of time being spent on interpretation and diagnosis. In addition, the inconveniences of the prior art were particularly noticeable when arranging the films of a large number of patients or extracting a specific film from a large number of films. In addition, when comparing and diagnosing films for a given patient, there is a risk that the recognition of the previous and succeeding films may become unclear, leading to errors in the interpretation of a series of films.

In view of the inconveniences in the prior art, the film interpretation device according to the present invention automatically guides multiple sheets of film onto the illumination box surface one after another, and enables continuous interpretation of multiple sheets of film. This makes it easier to enter medical records during film diagnosis, and also ensures mutual comparative diagnosis based on continuous interpretation of films. Furthermore,
It is particularly expected that it will facilitate the arrangement of multi-layered films or the removal of specific films from multi-layered films, thereby streamlining and speeding up diagnosis.

In addition, in the device according to the present invention, in view of the characteristics of the film that tends to adhere closely, the film is reliably fed out separately, and the posture at the time of feeding is corrected to prevent twisting, distortion, and warpage on the image reading surface. This is to ensure that problems such as these are avoided.

Next, the observation device C for film a is commonly called a lamp house, and is made of a mold that effectively uses aluminum extrusion material, etc., and has various shapes depending on the type, shape, size, etc. of the film a to be observed. The aspect is what was planned. In the illustrated example, the outer casing (30) and the inner casing (3
1), a chalk or other equipment is placed between the outer casing (30) and the inner part (31), a fluorescent tube, etc. is placed in the inner part (31), and an inorganic material is placed on the opening surface of the inner part (31). A transparent plate (32) such as glass or a diffused acrylic plate is arranged. Furthermore, inside e

The film supply and observation device according to the present invention has the characteristic structure described above, in particular, it separates and feeds the film a by bending it downward one by one, and furthermore, it separates and feeds the film a by bending it downward one by one. While feeding the film into the observation device at a uniform speed, evenly roll the sides of the film a) (
22) and (22), a so-called "plane" type clamping feeding was achieved, thereby achieving a concrete effect of the above-mentioned characteristics.

Therefore, it is possible to set a series of films to be observed at once and then automatically transfer and feed the films one after another to the observation surface, without having to set the films one by one and send them to the observation surface. Therefore, it is possible to quickly and skillfully observe a large number of films, and it has also brought good results to comparative studies of observed films. Incidentally, by installing a variable motor in the drive device, it is possible to rearrange the films by fast forwarding, take out a specific film for observation, and stop and observe a specific film.
