Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the operation of the humidifier so as to be capable of being operated by only a starting operation and a stopping operation by a method wherein a humidity regulator is set at one point within the range of 50-70% of humidity which is the practically optimum range of humidity. CONSTITUTION:The electric unit 5a of the humidity regulator is incorporated so that is stop a compressor 1 when a humidity is lower than the same presetn at one point in the range 50-70% of humidity. When an operation switch 6 is thrown in , the contact 6a of the switch operates the compressor 1 and a ventilating device 4. Here, in case the automatic-manual switching switch 7 of the humidity regulator is set into automatic, the contact 7a of the switch is connected to A side and the dehumidifier is operated by an AND circuit 9 when the contact 6a of the operation switch and the electric output 5a of the humidity rugulator outputted operating commands respectively. When the operating switch 6 is put ON and the humidity regulator 5 detects a humidity higher than the preset value, the compressor 1 is operated while the operation of the compressor 1 is stopped when the operation switch 6 is put OFf and the humidity regulator 5 detects a humidity lower than the preset value.

Conventional electric dehumidifiers have operation controls that include humidity controllers, in which the adjustment knob of the humidity controller is set to a position where the desired humidity is obtained, but the scale of the adjustment knob is set to indicate low humidity, appropriate humidity, and high temperature. Or, since it only showed a guideline such as 1 to 10, it was necessary for the user to be familiar with the performance and usability before using it. In addition, in models without a humidity controller, electric dehumidifiers operate regardless of whether the humidity is high or low while the operator is operating them, so it is necessary to rely on the user's intuition regarding humidity to prevent operation at lower humidity than necessary. The drawback was that one had to rely on the awareness of saving power consumption.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is a front view of an electric dehumidifier showing one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an operational block configuration diagram showing one embodiment of the present invention. Compressor 1° Condenser 2. A refrigeration cycle consisting of an evaporator 3 and a blower 4. Humidity controller section 5. It consists of an operation switch 6, an automatic/manual humidity adjustment switch 7, and a low humidity indicator light 8. Further, the electrical output 5a of the humidity controller section is installed so as to stop the compressor 1 when the humidity is low and the humidity is preliminarily fixed at one point among the humidity ranges of 50 to 7o96. According to this embodiment, by setting the operation switch 6 to the driver position, the contact point 6a of the switch operates the compressor all and the blower device 4. here,
When the humidity adjustment automatic/manual changeover switch 7 is set to automatic, the contact 7a of the switch is connected to the A side.
D,! ! The compressor J is operated by the logic circuit 9 when the contact 6a of the operation switch and the electrical output 5a of the temperature controller section each issue an operation instruction. That is, the operation switch 6 is operated by a person, and the compressor 1 is operated when the humidity controller section 5 detects a humidity higher than the humidity fixed at one point in advance.
When either one or both cancel the operation command, that is, when the operation switch 6 is stopped, the humidity controller section 5 detects a humidity lower than the humidity fixed at one point in advance. Sometimes the compressor Ial is shut down. Furthermore, when the humidity adjustment automatic/manual changeover switch 7 is set to manual, the contact 7a of the switch is connected to the M side, and the compressor i is operated only by the operation switch 6 without being affected by the humidity detection of the humidity controller section 5. Under control of stop.

Low Humidity Operation 1 For example, auxiliary drying of laundry can be performed. In addition, the indicator light 8 inverts the electrical output 5a of the humidity controller section by the amplifier IO, and lights up when the humidity controller section 5 detects a humidity lower than the humidity fixed at one point in advance, and It has the effect of calling attention to That is, in automatic operation of humidity control, low humidity is detected and a light is displayed to notify that the compressor 1 has been stopped, and in manual operation of humidity control, a light is displayed to notify that dehumidification has already been achieved to a low humidity, and further operation is performed at low humidity. It has the effect of letting you know whether or not to continue.

According to the present invention, by fixing the humidity controller in advance at one point at a humidity of 50 to 70%, which is the appropriate humidity range for practical use,
Usability can be simplified to only the driver and stop operation. Furthermore, since the compressor stops operating when the humidity is below a pre-fixed humidity at one point, power consumption can be automatically saved.
