Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the precision by providing a humidity sensor in an air purity degree measuring device which measures variation of the discharge current of a discharge electric field and correcting the measured value of the discharge current with the output of this sensor. CONSTITUTION:A sensor is constituted with a discharge pole 1 and earth poles 2, and corona discharge is caused between the discharge pole 1 and earth poles 2 by a high voltage power source 3 to generate the discharge electric field in the sensor, and variation of the discharge current is measured by an amplifier 4 and is displayed on an ammeter 5. Variation characteristics of the resistance value of a humidity sensor 6 using a humidity-sensitive element of electric resistance type are inputted to the amplifier 4. When dirty air is flowed into the sensor, the humidity sensor 6 detects the humidity of air to compensate the influence due to variation of humidity upon the discharge current measured in the amplifier 4.

When contaminated air flows into the sensor, a space charge is formed due to the collision and adhesion of fine dust and ions, and the ion flow is suppressed, resulting in a decrease in discharge current. This method applies the principle that there is a close correlation with the degree of contamination of the air, and measures the degree of contamination of the air from the difference in discharge current that decreases with respect to the reference current value. This type of air cleanliness measuring device Due to its measurement principle, it has the advantages of high sensitivity, simple structure, high reliability, and the ability to manufacture small and inexpensive products. However, in the measurement principle, the ion flow in the discharge field is Therefore, the degree of air contamination is greatly affected by the humidity in the air, and it is difficult to accurately determine the degree of air contamination under humidity conditions that are different from the standard humidity of clean air. be. In the Z air cleanliness measuring device, which has a skin discharge electrode and a ground electrode, generates a discharge electric field using a high-pressure power supply, and measures changes in the discharge current, a humidity sensor using an electrical resistance type moisture sensing element is installed, and the This product is described below with reference to an embodiment shown in FIG. 2. Here, those with the same symbols as the conventional example have the same function f −+ 7
-It is something. The sensor is composed of a discharge electrode 1 and a ground electrode 2. A high voltage power supply 3 generates a corona discharge between the discharge electrode 1 and the ground electrode 2, creating an electric field strength of 2 to 3 within the sensor.
A discharge electric field of KV/crrL is generated and Z04
5 measures the change in discharge current - t-stone πth amplifier, 5 is the total iIl! It is an ammeter that displays the value - 1 - again. 6
This is a humidity sensor that uses a noodle resistance type moisture sensing element, and a gold electrode is screen printed on a ceramic substrate such as alumina. Figure 3 shows how the humidity and resistance value of a general electric resistance type humidity sensing element change. Dirt is input into the dirt width device 4 for measuring dirt as No. 1j.
When air flows in, the humidity sensor detects the humidity in the air at the same time, and eliminates the influence of humidity in the discharge current measured in the RJJ device 4.
Here, the Z sensor and humidity sensor 6 should be used in close proximity to each other in order to measure air pollution from pole 1 and ground pole 2. A high-voltage power supply causes a discharge inside the sensor.

Consists of a Z amplifier and an ammeter that detect and measure changes in the discharge current.7 - A humidity sensor is provided in the air cleanliness measuring device, and its output is signal-processed in the amplifier, and the humidity of the measured value of the discharge current is calculated. Since the error due to f' is corrected, the accuracy of the air cleanliness measuring device can be improved by utilizing changes in the spatial electric field strength. This is an advantage of the Z air cleanliness measurement device, which measures changes in the discharge electric field as changes in the ion current, since the influence of humidity can be easily corrected electrically when using the humidity element. 7#I
