Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

The binding part of the copying slip part is placed on the surface of a slip set in which a plurality of single pieces of slips each consisting of a binding part and a copying slip part are overlapped and attached to each other via adhesive at the binding part. Transparent films are overlapped so as to cover the parts of other slip sets except for the side edges on the side where they are not consecutively arranged, and are adhered at the binding part of the single slip piece located at the top of the slip set. In the slip, a release agent layer is laminated on almost the entire back surface of the transparent film, and an adhesive is further applied in a band shape on the release agent layer along both sides of the back surface. The side part of the slip is folded so as to wrap around the binding part, and the adhesive applied to the side part is applied to the back side of the single piece of slip located at the bottom of the set of slips. A slip that is temporarily adhered to a release agent having the same coating area as the slip, and the other side of the slip is folded inward so that the adhesive is in contact with the release agent layer.
