Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は海苔製造装置における鉄粉除去装置に関するも
のである。

海苔の製造工程は一般に海苔の原藻をミンチで短かく切
る→水洗→調合機で海苔と水を混合→攪拌槽で攪拌しな
がら一時貯留→海苔抄機にて抄く一乾燥という工程を経
るが、該工程の途中で機械類の錆や鉄粉が海苔に付着す
る。

ている、以下調合海苔と称す)が通過する場所、例えば
調合機から攪拌槽へ行く途中に位置する部所にある砂や
貝殻を除去する所謂不純物除去装置(第1図参照)の中
や攪拌槽(第2図参照)の中等である。

本考案は上述の欠点を解消する装置に係り、その要旨は
調合海苔が流通すべき樋に、該調合海苔があふれて通過
する流路内に、中空部を有する仕切板を配設し、同仕切
板に前記調合海苔の流路外へ通ずる開口を設け、該開口
より前記中空部へ電磁石若しくは永久磁石から成る鉄粉
吸着具を着脱自在あるいは固定的に挿入設置したことを
特徴とする海苔製造装置における鉄粉除去装置である。

利点があるし、永久磁石ではその様な利点はないが簡単
な装置でよいし、鉄粉の除去は該永久磁石を取はずして
行なえばよく、それぞれに一長一短がある。

通ずる開口4を設け、該開口4より前記中空部2eへ電
磁石若しくは永久磁石から成る鉄粉吸着具3を着脱自在
あるいは固定的に挿入設置したので、調合海苔中に存る
錆や鉄粉を効率良く除去する事が出来、かつ除去作業を
容易にすることが出来る。
