平部には前記回転軸１２を含む垂直面に対して左右対称
位置に配設されて前記円筒部１３を支承するとともに円
筒部１３と滑動する２個のローラ２２，２２を回転自在
に軸支し、モニタ１を回転軸１２に直角方向に回転自在
とし、下部を中空の支柱２３に形成し、前記コントロー
ラ３は上部が前記支柱２３と係合して、モニタ１を水平
方向に回動自在に枢支する中空の支柱３１に形成され、
コントローラ３とモニタ１とを支柱３１、支柱２３、ア
