成したから、両車軸の跡に整地板を追従滑走させて均平

板の前傾姿勢を変えることなく一定の接地角度にして程
良く弾圧するようにしながら均平性能が変らず整地する
ことができ、簡単な構造にして好適に実施できる特徴を
有する。
