This beryllium kappa has excellent properties as a spring and has a high vibration system support function, but because of its low vibration damping rate, the damping effect against lateral vibration of the diaphragm is small, and it has a negative effect on the sound generated due to resonance of the diaphragm. There was a risk that it would Therefore, this invention has developed a vibration system support device that improves the vibration damping ability of the suspension wire to prevent unnecessary vibrations from occurring in the vibrating section, and that can also be used as the voice coil lead wire for speakers. Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the vibration system support device according to the present invention, and is a perspective view of a wire suspension type dome speaker. A disk-shaped yoke 2 is fixed to the end face, an annular plate 3 is fixed to the end face of the pond, and a cylindrical pole 4 is provided at the center of the yoke 2 to form a gap between it and the inner peripheral surface of the plate 3. A voice coil bobbin 6 with a voice coil 5 wound thereon is placed in the gap, and a dome-shaped diaphragm 7 is fixed to its upper end. A plurality of fixing protrusions 9 (three in this example) are installed as a shield through the protrusions 9, and one end of a suspension wire 10 is fixed to the top of each protrusion 9 by means such as brazing. The suspension wire 10 is attached to a voice coil bobbin. The voice coil bobbin 6 extends in a tangential direction to the outer circumference of the voice coil bobbin 6, and is fixed to a terminal 11 attached to the voice coil bobbin 6 at this contact point. The suspension wire 10 is made of a metal material with a high vibration damping rate.

500k9/mau). By having such a suspension wire, the vibration of the suspension wire 10 relative to the vibration of the diaphragm 7 is quickly attenuated, resonance with the diaphragm is reduced, and the transient characteristics (especially falling characteristics) of the diaphragm are improved. , it is possible to improve the speaker characteristics by suppressing the horizontal vibration of the diaphragm.

Screw the head 6 into the stylus holder 15 from outside, apply tension to the wire 13, and tighten the set screw 16.

3 pre-applies a compressive force to the damper 17 located between the cantilever 12 and the stylus holder 15. Even in such a pickup cartridge, by forming the suspension wire 13 from a metal material with a high vibration damping rate, the vibration of the wire 13 is quickly damped against the vibration of the cantilever 12, and the transient characteristics of the cantilever are improved. It is possible to improve the reproduction characteristics of the pickup.

If it is 000×10-5 or more, sufficient vibration damping force can be obtained for audio signals such as the above-mentioned speaker pickup. Also, the Young's modulus is 5000k9
If it is above 100 mm, it can sufficiently support a relatively small vibrating member (voice coil bobbin, cantilever). As clarified above, "According to the vibration system support device according to the present invention, the suspension wire supporting the vibration member is formed of a chromium-containing iron-based alloy with a high vibration damping rate, so that the vibration of the wire due to the vibration of the vibration member is quickly reduced. damps, and unnecessary vibrations no longer occur in the vibrating section.
It is possible to improve the conversion characteristics between mechanical vibration and electrical vibration by the vibrating member.
