Claims (1)
トの外周にベアリングを介して取りつけられ、近接スイ
ッチを内蔵した第１のアウタリングと、前記シャフトに
つれて回転しなＣ１ように前記第１のアウタリングの回
転を抑える廻り止め板と、前記第１のアウタリングとの
間にわずかな隙間を設けて、前記シャフトに回転自在上
保持され、前記第１のアウタリングに対面する端部に金
属突起部を設けた第２のアウタリングと、前記シャフト
の一端に設けられたアウタリング落下防止−用フランジ
とからなり、前記シャフトを高速回転させて前記近接ス
イッチより信号を発生させ、前記シャフトの回転ムラに
より発生する前記近接スイッチの信号の乱れを検出する
ことにより前記第２のアウタリングの被加工物への接触
