よび上下の延出分離線９，１０の各内側に形成された溶
着部８ａ、９ａ、１０ａにより縁部がシールされ、上記
各分離線４． ８．９． １０より分離可能としたカバ
ー主体Ａ、Ｂを互いに逆向きに形成し、該カバー主体Ａ
