  1. 感光体の上方に配設され、クリーニング装置とチャージ
    ・コロトロンとの間に位置して前記感光体に残留した電
    荷を螢光灯番使用して除電するものにおいて、前記螢光
    灯の取付基板には、この螢光灯の長さ方向に沿って照射
    用スリットを開設し、この照射用スリットを透過する螢
    光灯の光を前記感光体の表面に照射することを特徴とす
    る複写機の除電装置。
