、第５図は同じく要部の側面図である。符号１はリンク
ハウジング、２は型締シリンダー、３は安全機筺、４は
警告ランプ、５はクロスヘッド、６はトグルリンク機構
、７は−可動盤、１４は係止杆、１５はスライド板、１
７はレバーフック、１８はローラー、１９はエアーシリ
ンダー、２０は押圧杆、２２はピストンロッド、２４は
係止部、２５は係止突起である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. リンクハウジングに固着する型締シリンダーさ、型締シ
    リンダーの上部に設置した安全機筺と、多ロスヘッドに
    連結する係止枠とからなる成型機の型締安全装置に於い
    て、前記安全機筺の内部にはエアーシリンダーの作動で
    進退する押圧杆を設けると共に、押圧杆で昇降するレバ
    ーフックを収納せしめ、型締シリンダーの後退と同時に
    移動するクロスヘッドの端部に取付けた係止杆が該レバ
    ーフックの降下で係合するようにした事を特徴とする成
    型機の型締安全装置。
