Claims (1)
蜂で一成される複合形薄膜ヘッドにおいて、前記組合さ
れる薄膜ヘッドの薄膜素子列の両性側部に前記薄膜素子
と実質的に同一形状を有する検知パターンを設け、前記
磁気抵抗形ヘッドに設けられる前記検知パターンを平面
で観測できるようにし、更に磁気誘導形薄膜ヘッドに設
けられる検知パターンを断面で観測できるようにし、こ
れらの平面および断面で観測した加工深さ基準を整列さ
せることによって磁気誘導形薄膜ヘッドと磁気抵抗形薄
膜ヘッドを高精度に組合わせることを特徴とする複合形
