本発明は略コ字状型材の合成樹脂被覆方法に関するも
のであつて、詳しくは型材1の外側に合成樹脂を供給す
る押出口3と型材1の内側に合成樹脂を供給する押出口
4を設けた金型2内に型材1を挿通し、各押出口3、4
よりそれぞれ型材1の外側と型材1の内側とに合成樹脂
を供給して型材1を被覆することを特徴とする略コ字状

材に被覆しようとすると合成樹脂のまわりが悪いもので
あつた。後者の場合は更に型材の内側と外側を異なる材
料で被覆することは不可能であつた。 本発明はかかる
従来の欠点を鑑みてなされたものであつて、その第1の
目的とするところは所望の肉厚に合成樹脂を容易に被覆
すことができる略コ字状型材の合成樹脂被覆方法を提供
するにあり、第2の目的は型材の内外側に異なつた合成
樹脂材料を同時に被覆することができる略コ字状型材の

例にあつて2は金型であつて、金型2内には略断面コ字
状の型材1の外側に合成樹脂を供給するための押出口3
と型材1の内側に合成樹脂を供給するための押出口4と
が型材1の移動方向と略直角方向に開口している。上記
の押出口3は外側の略中央部に開口しており、また押出
口4は金型2から突出した突起部2aの先端にて内側の
略中央部に開口している。これらの押出口3、4はそれ
ぞれ通常別々の押出機などに連通させるが、一基の押出
機に連通させることもできる。尚、上記金型2内は型材
1の入口と出口にて絞られているものである。而して型
材1を金型2内に挿通し、各押出口3、4よりそれぞれ
型材1の外側と内側とに合成樹脂を供給して型材1の全
面を合成樹脂にて被覆する。このとき両押出口3、4よ
り供給された合成樹脂は型材1の開口5付近で合流する
。尚、型材1としては例えば金属製などの第4図に示す
ような長手方向に延びたものなどが用いられる。本発明
にあつては叙述のように合成樹脂の押出口を型材の外側
と内側とに開口させ、各押出口より合成樹脂を供給して
型材を被覆するので、2箇所から合成樹脂が供給される
ことになり、合成樹脂のまわりがよくなり、また押出口
から供給される合成樹脂のバランスをとりながら被覆す
ることがてきるものであつて、簡単に所望の肉厚に合成
